If you're feeling down, stressed, or just have nothing
to do, doing something for yourself can be very
thereputical. In our fast paced society, we tend to
worry more about work and others, than we do about ourselves. Sometimes it's good to take a little break
from life. Take that time to do something for yourself.
*Create your own spa:
Make yourself a warm bath. Put in bath beads, and bubble bath. Light candles around the tub (in safe places) and take some time to just relax.
Give yourself a facial. Include a face mask and clean your face the right way.
Paint your nails, and toenails.
If you don't have enough time to do all of this, try doing just one. It will help you become more focused.
*Read:
Studies show that the most devoted and focused workers/students also make time to read in their spare time. If your not a book person, sit back with a magazine. *Watch T.V.:
Hey sometimes we all just need some time to veg out.
Time away from work, schoolwork, and other aggrivations.
Sometimes watching T.V. can help to stimulate your mind,
by allowing it time to relax.
*Get it Out
If your having a bad day, need some time to yourself,
or just aren't feeling all that great, make time to get it out.
Write, paint, draw, whatever it is you do to express your
emotions, take time to do it at least once a day. It will help
you vent your anger and frustration, without blowing your top.
